Ginger Grapefruit Fizz

Ingredients#

• 2 ounces good vodka or ruby red grapefruit flavored vodka
• 1/2 ounce Sage Simple Syrup or 1 tablespoon
• 2 ounces fresh ruby red grapefruit juice
• 2 to 4 ounces ginger ale
• Ice
• Fresh sage leaf for garnish

Instructions#

1. Fill a rocks glass with ice.
2. Pour in simple syrup, vodka, and grapefruit juice.
3. Fill glass with ginger ale until full.
4. Stir to combine.
5. Garnish with sage leaf.
