Zombie

Ingredients

  • 1 oz. (30ml) Light Rum
  • 1 oz. (30ml) Dark Rum
  • 1/2 oz. (15ml) Apricot Brandy
  • 1/2 oz. (15ml) Overproof Rum
  • 2 1/2 oz. (75ml) Orange Juice
  • 2 1/2 oz. (75ml) Pineapple Juice
  • 1 oz. (30ml) Lime Juice
  • 1/2 oz. (15ml) Grenadine Syrup
  • Garnish: Orange Slice/Mint Leaves/Cherry

Instructions

  1. In an ice filled shaker combine all above ingredients except the grenadine and overproof rum. Shake well to mix.
  2. Strain mix over ice in serving glass before adding grenadine and gently layering overproof rum on top using the back of a bar spoon.
  3. Garnish with orange, mint leaves and a cherry.
