Winter Mist

Ingredients#

• 1 ½ ounces Byrrh
• ½ ounce Amaro Sfumato
• ½ ounce crème de cassis, such as Jacoulot
• 1 ½ ounces tonic water
• 1 ½ ounces Cava
• 1 dash Weatherby’s saffron orange bitters, available online

Directions#

1. Add all the ingredients to a glass of your choice.
2. Lightly stir so Cava is incorporated and add ice.
3. Garnish with an orange slice or cherry.
